One to One attention to identify your health issues.
My practice will provide you with the one to one attention you need to identify health issues and help create a proactive plan to address those issues.
I am pleased to offer longer appointment times,
averaging between 30 and 45 minutes.
Longer appointments will allow your questions to be addressed and a comprehensive care plan developed. While my focus is patient education and wellness promotion, I will also provide basic urgent care services. For example, I can help you with the following:

Furthermore, both sports physicals for students age 16 and above will be offered, as well as Women’s Health Exams. If a condition exceeds my scope of practice, a proper referral to a physician or specialist will be provided.
Appointments can be made in 20 or 45 minute time intervals.
20 minute appointments*
Generally for acute matters, such as respiratory infections
45 minute appointments*
Reserved for longer visits, for example sports physicals, wellness counseling, and women’s GYN exams.
Cash, check, and Visa or Mastercard will be accepted.
Payment ranges from $30 to $75 depending on the the
length of your visit.
Laboratory specimens will be billed under appropriate insurance plans
if applicable.
*While we do not accept insurance, we will be glad to give you an itemized receipt of the services provided which may be submitted for possible reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
