A healthy life begins with you. However, not everyone knows how to make improvements in their health. That is where I can help. I am an Adult Nurse Practitioner, specializing in primary care services for patients age sixteen and above with both acute and chronic health conditions. My focus is helping patients develop a proactive approach towards their health and wellness. I feel that it is important for patients to feel empowered as they are faced with the challenges of prevention and treatment of diseases.
About Sara Adelman, CRNP-Adult
Sara graduated with honors from the Johns Hopkins University School Of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing as well as a Masters Degree in Nursing. She has acted as a Clinical Preceptor teaching nurse practitioner students how to practice clinical medicine while working at a large Annapolis internal medicine practice. She hopes to combine strong experience in traditional medicine with a whole body approach to healing and wellness. She believes that the key to a truly healthy life is taking a proactive approach to caring for your body everyday and not just treating symptoms as they appear. Sara hopes that through patient education she can provide clients with a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
